HubSpot implementation cost in 2026
A HubSpot implementation has three costs: the HubSpot license and, on Professional and Enterprise plans, HubSpot's one-time onboarding fee, both paid to HubSpot; the partner's implementation fee; and the cost of migrating your data, plus your own team's time. HubSpot's list price is €90 per seat per month on Professional and €175 on Enterprise, billed annually. At Checkpoint GTM, a Berlin-based HubSpot Platinum Partner for Seed to Series B B2B SaaS companies, a standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation costs €15K–€50K over 6–10 weeks, a CRM migration to HubSpot starts at €15K, Enterprise-tier projects can exceed €100K and support after go-live runs €6K–€25K per month. Our prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
What are the parts of a HubSpot implementation cost?
Most quotes mix these together. Keep them apart: they are paid to different people, on different schedules, and only some of them are negotiable.
| Part | What it covers | Who you pay | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot license | Your hubs, their tier (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), paid seats and, in Marketing Hub, the number of marketing contacts. | HubSpot, every month or year | Per seat per month, billed annually: €7 on Starter (a time-limited offer), €90 on Professional, €175 on Enterprise. Details below. |
| HubSpot onboarding fee | A one-time setup fee HubSpot requires on Professional and Enterprise plans. | HubSpot, once | €1,500–€7,000 per hub in HubSpot's catalog. A HubSpot Solutions Partner can waive it. |
| Partner implementation | Discovery, data model, pipelines, automation, integrations, reporting, training and the handoff to your admin. | Your HubSpot partner, once per project | With Checkpoint GTM: €15K–€50K for a standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation; Enterprise-tier projects can exceed €100K. |
| Data migration | Moving records, relationships and activity history from your current CRM, and rebuilding its workflows and integrations. | Your partner, inside the implementation or as its own project | With Checkpoint GTM: from €15K as a fixed-scope project. |
| Internal time | An internal owner, process owners in workshops, testing and training. | Nobody: it is your team's time | Not invoiced, but plan for it from week one. |
Currency: Our partner prices are set in EUR and exclude VAT. HubSpot publishes its own prices in several currencies, including EUR and GBP; the HubSpot figures on this page are its EUR prices.
What does the HubSpot license cost?
HubSpot now sells new customers one platform instead of separate hubs: Sales, Marketing and Service together, priced per seat in three tiers, with a monthly allowance of HubSpot credits. These are HubSpot's list prices as published on its pricing page.
| Tier | Per seat per month, billed annually | Per seat per month, billed monthly | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €7 (a time-limited 65% discount on the €20 list price) | €10 (discounted) | Up to 10 users, 5,000 credits a month, 1,000 contacts |
| Professional | €90 | €100 | 10,000 credits a month, 10,000 contacts |
| Enterprise | €175 | Not offered: annual billing only | 15,000 credits a month, 10,000 contacts |

Customers still on HubSpot's older per-hub plans pay the per-hub prices instead, for example €100 per sales seat per month for Sales Hub Professional and €880 per month for Marketing Hub Professional with 3 core seats included. See HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog (choose EUR or GBP in its currency selector).
Does HubSpot charge an onboarding fee?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. HubSpot requires a one-time onboarding fee on top of the license; Starter plans do not need one. HubSpot's catalog lists the fee per hub for its per-hub plans. For the new unified seat plans HubSpot also requires onboarding but publishes no amount, so ask for it in writing with your license quote.
| Hub | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Hub | €3,000 | €7,000 |
| Sales Hub | €1,500 | €3,500 |
| Service Hub | €1,500 | €3,500 |

HubSpot lets its Solutions Partners waive this fee for their clients, up to a value of $6,000 per client, which is less than the €7,000 Marketing Hub Enterprise fee. When a partner runs your implementation, ask whether the HubSpot onboarding fee is waived, so you do not pay twice for the same setup work.
Partner fees: what Checkpoint GTM charges

| Complex or Enterprise-tier implementation | Can exceed €100K | 12–16 weeks with multiple integrations |
| CRM migration to HubSpot | From €15K, fixed scope | About 8 weeks for a single system; 12–16 weeks with several integrations |
| Fixed-scope RevOps and GTM projects | €15K–€90K | A focused GTM build is typically 6–12 weeks |
| Retainer after go-live, including fractional RevOps | €6K–€25K per month | Ongoing, from 10 hours a month up to 30 hours a week |
| GTM Kickstarter (founder sprint, before a CRM build) | €2,000 fixed | 4 weeks |

Migration and internal time: the parts nobody quotes
A migration is often priced inside the implementation, but it is its own cost driver. With us, a CRM migration to HubSpot is a fixed-scope project from €15K, scoped before work starts. Four things set its size:
- Data volume and condition. Moving clean records is quick. Triaging years of fields, workflows and duplicates is not.
- Activity history. It is the largest driver of migration time and the smallest driver of forecast quality. Our default is 90 days of activity, every open deal and the closed-won deals still on a renewal cycle; the rest stays in a read-only archive.
- Automation. Workflows, formula fields and validation rules are rebuilt for HubSpot, not copied one to one.
- Integrations. Each connected tool is moved one at a time, with a rollback plan, so one failure never takes the whole stack down.
How much internal time does a HubSpot implementation need?
Your team's time is on no invoice, but an implementation stalls without it. Plan for:
- A named internal owner for the whole project, who makes decisions and owns the portal after handoff.
- Process owners from sales, marketing and customer success in the discovery workshops, which take about the first two weeks.
- Weekly demos and testing. Someone who knows your deals checks the build every week and tests real records before cutover.
- Training for every user, plus an admin handoff with recorded SOPs, so your team owns the portal long-term.
What moves the price of a HubSpot implementation?
The same project name can mean very different work. These factors move a partner quote, and some of them move the license too.
| Factor | Keeps the cost lower | Pushes the cost higher |
|---|---|---|
| Hubs and tier | One or two hubs on Starter or Professional | Several hubs on Enterprise, with custom objects, business units and advanced permissions |
| Data migration | Clean records from one system and recent activity only | Years of fields, workflows and duplicates, or full activity history |
| Integrations | Native integrations only | Many connected tools, custom APIs or a second system to merge |
| Team size | A small team with one set of permissions | Many users who need configuration, permissions and training before go-live |
| Processes and pipelines | One sales motion and one pipeline | Several teams, pipelines, regions or products |
| Stage and reporting | Seed stage: a lean setup | Later stages: board reporting, governance and handoffs between teams |
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
A standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Most of our engagements kick off within two weeks of signing.
| Project | Typical time | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Sales Hub + Marketing Hub implementation | 6–10 weeks | Discovery in about 2 weeks, build in 2–6 weeks with a demo every week, a rehearsed cutover, then about 10 days of hypercare. |
| Complex implementation with multiple integrations | 12–16 weeks | Integrations are moved one at a time, each with a rollback plan. |
| CRM migration, single system | About 8 weeks | Counted from the point the target data model is agreed. |
| CRM migration with several integrations | 12–16 weeks | Many custom objects, or a merger with a second system. |
| After go-live | 30 days | The optimization window included in every implementation. Most clients then move to a retainer. |
Worked example: a Series A team moving from Pipedrive
An assumption, not a quote: a Series A B2B SaaS company with 10 sales reps and 3 marketers, 13 paid users in all, moves from Pipedrive to HubSpot Professional, with three integrations and the migration scoped inside the implementation.
| Item | Year-one cost | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot license, Professional | €14,040 | 13 seats × €90 per month × 12 months, billed annually |
| HubSpot onboarding fee | €0–€6,000 | Required on Professional, but HubSpot publishes no amount for its unified plans. In its per-hub catalog, Professional onboarding costs €4,500 for Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, or €6,000 with Service Hub. A Solutions Partner can waive it. |
| Partner implementation, including the Pipedrive migration | €15K–€50K | Our band for a standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation; the exact figure is scoped before work starts. |
| Internal time | Not invoiced | An internal owner for the 6–10 weeks, plus workshops, weekly demos, testing and training |
| Year one, before VAT | About €29K–€70K | License, onboarding fee and partner fee. From year two, the license continues, plus a retainer if you want ongoing support. |
Change one assumption and the total moves: Enterprise seats cost €175 instead of €90, and each extra integration or year of activity history adds partner time. That is why we scope before quoting.
HubSpot implementation cost: questions, answered
How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?
Budget three parts. The HubSpot license, from €90 per seat per month on Professional, billed annually; HubSpot's one-time onboarding fee on Professional and Enterprise, €1,500–€7,000 per hub in its catalog unless a partner waives it; and the partner's fee. With Checkpoint GTM, a standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation costs €15K–€50K over 6–10 weeks, and Enterprise-tier projects can exceed €100K. Our prices are in EUR and exclude VAT.
Does HubSpot charge an onboarding fee?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans; Starter plans do not need one. HubSpot's catalog lists €3,000 for Marketing Hub Professional and €7,000 for Marketing Hub Enterprise, and €1,500 on Professional and €3,500 on Enterprise for Sales Hub and Service Hub. HubSpot Solutions Partners can waive the fee for their clients, up to a value of $6,000 per client.
What does a CRM migration to HubSpot cost?
With Checkpoint GTM, a CRM migration to HubSpot is a fixed-scope project from €15K. A single system typically takes about eight weeks once the target data model is agreed; projects with several integrations take 12–16 weeks. Data volume, activity history, automation and integrations set the size.
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
A standard Sales Hub and Marketing Hub implementation takes 6–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Complex implementations or migrations with multiple integrations take 12–16 weeks. Every implementation we run includes a 30-day optimization window after go-live.
Why do HubSpot partner prices vary so much?
Because the same project name covers very different work: the number of hubs and the tier, how much data and history you migrate, how many tools you integrate, how many users need training and how many teams and pipelines the portal has to serve. Compare written scopes, not only totals.
Do HubSpot partners charge by the hour or a fixed price?
Both models exist. We price implementations and migrations as fixed-scope projects, scoped before work starts, so you know the cost before you sign. Our hourly list rate is €245, excl. VAT.
What does HubSpot cost after go-live?
The HubSpot license continues every month or year. Partner support is optional: after the 30-day optimization window, most of our clients move to a retainer of €6K–€25K per month, from 10 hours a month up to 30 hours a week.
Is there a smaller way to start?
If you are a founder still running every sales conversation yourself, the GTM Kickstarter is a four-week sprint at €2,000 fixed that shapes the sales motion before a CRM build. HubSpot Starter has no onboarding fee, so a small team can begin there and move to Professional later.
