She built and managed a Founder Resources Platform serving 200+ founders, overseeing 100+ partnerships with agencies and industry experts, giving her an unusually broad view of what early-stage teams actually need to succeed. She has also founded and led startup communities including START and Platform Crew within the VC ecosystem.

Harmeet is a RevOps and AI Systems specialist with seven years of experience building the revenue infrastructure behind high-growth companies. As former Head of RevOps at SellerX: one of Europe's leading Amazon roll-ups, he led CRM strategy and execution across 30+ brands, architecting a centralised HubSpot stack from the ground up.
His GTM systems experience extends across Mercari, Foodji, and SS Realty, where he served as the systems lead responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and operations around a single source of truth. Harmeet holds an MBA from Quantic and a BSc in Economics from UCL and Columbia.

He designs and builds the technical layer that makes modern GTM stacks actually work: connecting CRMs, automating data flows, and embedding AI into revenue processes in a way that is practical, maintainable, and genuinely impactful. From custom API integrations to intelligent pipeline automation, Tomi translates complex technical requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
