Checkpoint GTM builds the systems that help B2B companies sell: CRMs, data flows, outbound engines and the automations that connect them. As a GTM Engineer, you'll sit at the technical core of our delivery team and own the build side of client projects, from architecture to go-live.

This is an engineering role first. CRM and go-to-market are the domain, but the day-to-day is building: workflows, integrations, data pipelines and internal tools. We're a small team, so you'll also help shape how we work. If you see a better way to deliver, we want to hear it, test it and make it our standard.

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of all Checkpoint GTM services. Explore our service offerings
  • Design and build GTM systems for clients across HubSpot, Salesforce and AI, including data models, workflows, integrations and reporting.
  • Own the technical side of client projects end to end: scoping, solution design, build, testing and handover.
  • Build outbound and enrichment systems in Clay, n8n, lemlist, Cargo and Instantly: lead generation, ICP mapping and personalised messaging at scale.
  • Write SQL, Python or TypeScript and work with REST APIs when no-code tools hit their limits.
  • Plan and run data migrations and integrations between systems without losing or breaking data.
  • Document data architectures, process maps and integration specs so clients can run what we build.
  • Turn repeat work into reusable templates, playbooks and internal tools.
  • Try new tools and approaches, AI included where it helps, and share what works with the team.
  • Work with senior consultants on client strategy and enablement, and mentor our working students.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, marketing or sales operations, or a similar technical role.
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce. You have hands-on experience implementing at least one of them: objects, properties, workflows, reports and dashboards, user management and integrations.
  • Solid technical skills: you're comfortable with SQL, at least one of Python or TypeScript, and REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and outbound tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, lemlist or Instantly.
  • A structured way of turning business requirements into system logic.
  • The ability to manage several client projects at once and deliver on time and on budget.
  • Clear written and spoken English for client calls and documentation.
  • Initiative: you don't wait to be told what to do next, and you speak up when you see a better way.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • HubSpot or Salesforce certifications.
  • German language skills.
  • Agency or consulting experience across several clients.
  • Something you've built end to end on your own, like a side project, an integration or an internal tool.

Tools you'll work with

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Outbound and enrichment: Clay, lemlist, Instantly, HeyReach, Cargo, Apollo
  • Automation: n8n, Make, Zapier
  • Data and code: SQL, Python, TypeScript, REST APIs
  • Sales tools: Aircall, Gong
  • AI: Claude, Codex, ChatGPT

Why join

  • Ownership of the technical side of client projects, with direct impact on client results.
  • A say in how a small, growing team works: your ideas get heard, tested and shipped.
  • Work with senior RevOps and GTM engineers with 80+ implementations behind them.
  • Exposure across the full modern GTM stack for many companies, not just one.
  • Full access to the tools we use in client work, including Claude and Codex.
  • Regular team meetups for strategy sessions and time together.
