Job type
Working student

Remote from Germany (Berlin preferred), with occasional on-site sessions

Also for every role: flexible working hours, home office, company-paid training and a mentoring program.

As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founder and help shape how Checkpoint GTM grows. We're a small team building revenue systems for B2B companies, and we keep looking for better ways to do it: new tools, new processes, new ideas for how sales and marketing teams should work. You'll be part of that from day one.

This isn't a generalist support role. You'll work on live client projects and on our own internal setup, building workflows, designing CRM data models, and shipping automations alongside senior consultants who've done 80+ implementations. When you see a better way to do something, we want to hear it, and we'll give you room to try it.

The role sits where revenue operations, CRM engineering, and company building meet. Remote from Germany (Berlin preferred), with occasional on-site sessions.

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of all Checkpoint GTM services. Explore our service offerings
  • Work with the founder on internal projects that improve how we sell, deliver, and run the company
  • Build and ship GTM workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, lemlist, Cargo, Instantly, and HeyReach
  • Support outbound projects: lead generation, ICP mapping, data enrichment, and personalization
  • Design and document CRM data architectures, process maps, and integration specs
  • Administer HubSpot and Salesforce: user management, data hygiene, workflow optimization, custom objects
  • Build dashboards and reports that show what matters, not noise
  • Support data migrations with care for schema mapping and data integrity
  • Test new tools and approaches and help us decide what's worth adopting
  • Translate business requirements into system logic and deliver in sprint cycles
  • Estimate effort, log hours, and communicate progress honestly

What we're looking for

  • A strong project manager: you can run several projects at once, prioritize, and deliver on time and within budget
  • A fast learner who thinks creatively and brings ideas to the table
  • Prior experience in engineering, complex n8n automations, or tool integrations
  • Attention to detail, especially in data migrations and reporting
  • Curious about how CRMs, data architecture, and automation fit together
  • Comfortable with tool documentation and API references, and with figuring things out hands-on
  • A structured thinker who can turn "we need to track X" into a working system
  • Proactive: you don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Collaborative, and at ease working across teams
  • Based in Germany and fluent in English; German strongly preferred
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, CS, Entrepreneurship, Liberal Arts, or anything where you've shown you can learn hard things fast

Bonus points if you've

  • Worked hands-on with Clay, lemlist, Instantly, Cargo, HubSpot, or n8n
  • Written SQL or Python, or used APIs to move and transform data
  • Built or automated something end to end
  • Worked on a marketing, RevOps, or CRM systems project
  • Started something of your own: a side project, a student initiative, or a small business

You'll love this role if you

  • Prefer building over brainstorming
  • Think in systems and automations rather than spreadsheets
  • Like questioning how things are done and trying a better way
  • Want to see up close how a young company is built
  • Want direct mentorship from people who've done this at scale

What you'll get

  • Real ownership of client projects from week one
  • Close work with the founder and a real say in where the company goes
  • Mentorship from senior GTM engineers with 80+ implementations behind them
  • Deep exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Clay, and the modern GTM stack
  • Space to propose, experiment, and ship your own ideas
  • Occasional Berlin meetups for strategy and team time

You'll leave with hands-on experience across revenue operations, CRM, and automation, and a clear view of how a company grows from the inside. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
